Job Summary

Job

  • Act as Project Manager to drive CRM system implementation, upgrade and enhancement project first in regional scope, then expand to global
  • Work with vendors to streamline business process and work out solutions
  • Work closely with Global Team and Regional Team on project roll-out 
  • Perform international vendor management and any ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualification

  • Consultancy background 
  • 5+ Solid CRM implementation and integration experience
  • Salesforce Certification holder is preferred
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience required; Computer Science, Information Systems background desired
  • Minimum 5 years design & implementation experience on complex, large scale MNC solutions
  • Solid experience working with clients across cloud transformation projects with focus on at least 1 of the Salesforce.com major platforms (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience with common integration patterns used between legacy systems to integrate with Salesforce platform
  • Sound understanding and experience of contemporary paradigms, such as Cloud, DevOps and Agile
  • 3+ years of proven experience in business intelligence/ visualization/ data analytics/ data warehouse/ data architectures and related tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proficient in spoken & written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate insights to management
  • Experience in working with multi-competency teams and across different departments
