Job Summary


  • Manage the product from end to end
  • Partner, prioritize, and balance the needs of marketing along with other teams
  • Design and deploy conversion rate optimization tests
  • Set the product roadmap and work directly with the engineering team and UX team on execution and deployment 
  • Oversee production issues and resolution by coordinating across other product teams and 3rd party vendors
  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative customer data to inform product decisions and disseminate the ‘what’ and ‘why’ of our customers to team



  • 5+ years of work experience as product manager or business analyst
  • Experienced in insurance, digital and e-commerce industry with end-to-end product management experience
  • Experience defining and deploying features for a highly considered product or service that increase conversion
  • Experience building mobile responsive and adaptive applications
  • Know when and how to craft qualitative and quantitative feature tests
  • Clear and concise written communication with proven ability to understand and summarize large, complex and conflicting data
  • Attention to details with tenacity to pursue complex problems
  • Experience working with digital consumer products or eCommerce
  • Must be able to work full-time from our Boston office
