A large enterprise firm is looking for a high calibre resource to join their growing team to provide onsite helpdesk support.
-Provide helpdesk support to staff onsite
-Preparing for new joiners and troubleshooting
-Hardware focused troubleshooting
-Physical movement of objects/computers
-Basic experience in troubleshooting/hardware
-Good level of English
-Ability to explain technical terms to non-technical people
-Experience in Windows 7/10, Linex and Citrix would be preferred
