Job Title: Global QA/Tester/Quality Assurance Specialist (Automation / Manual Testing)
Sector: Technology, Retail, Banking
Positions Available: 4 (2 Automation Testers, 2 Manual Testers)
Responsibilities:
Automation Testing:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, QTP, or similar.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Identify and report bugs, and work with developers to resolve issues.
- Continuously improve automation testing processes and methodologies.
Manual Testing:
- Perform manual testing on various applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Execute test cases and document results.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not affected by new changes.
- Identify and report bugs, and work with developers to resolve issues.
General QA Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on testing activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automation OR manual testing.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, JIRA, TestRail, etc.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
