My client, a leading global bank based in Hong Kong, is looking for a new member for their trade product functional support team. This team provides high quality support to their trade related e-banking products.
The key responsibilites for this candidate will be providing fast and accurate functional support and services by phone, instant messaging and JIRA to the relevant users and APAC client facing teams. This person must have previous experience in training users on how to use systems.
Previous experience in areas such as client onboarding, trade finance or trade product support would be preferred.
