Job Summary

IT Client Support Engineer

Our Client is a leading financial service provider, they are now looking for a Technical Client Support Engineer to join the team. 

What you'll do 

  • Provide technical support within own area of expertise for Banking & Financial Institutions clients 
  • Establish the root cause of problems and provide end-to-end service support, by resolving it individually or escalating it 
  • Ensure support services are aligned with Service Level Agreement, and provide measures to prevent recurrence
  • Participating in products improvement projects and drive project delivery 

What you'll need 

  • Open to non-FI background candidates
  • 3-5 years of technical support experience on applications or infrastructure; OR similar client support experience 
  • Technical knowledge in SQL, LINUX or UNIX
  • Excellent communications skills, client management 
  • Fluent in English is a must, Cantonese would be a plus
