Job Description


  • Act as Project Manager to drive Payroll system implementation, upgrade and enhancement project first in regional scope, then expand to global
  • Work with vendors to streamline business process and work out solutions
  • Work closely with Global Team and Regional Team on project roll-out 
  • Perform international vendor management and any ad hoc duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years experience as HRIS Manager/ Project Manager/Consultant 
  • Excellent experience in Payroll system implementation
  • Great knowledge on both system implementation and human resources C&B policies
  • Great stakeholder management skills and communication skills
  • Agile experience is a plus
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese and English
