My client, a leading insurance company in Hong Kong, is looking for an experienced PMO to join their transformation program. They have a large business change agenda for the next 5 years and require a PMO to help support the head of change and program manager.
This person will be responsible for managing risk and issues, resource allocation, and managing project timelines and priorities. The company have set up a new governance framework that this PMO will also have to help implement so previous experience in doing this would be preferred.
This candidate must have expereince in working in a relatively small team and be confident working autonomously with sometimes limited guidance and support. Furthermore the PMO must be confident to write governance packs without them requiring to be checked before the meetings.
